The Hayloft Pub is located in Redfield NY, and was once a working farm. Now our remodeled 150 year old barn boasts some of the most unique decor in the Tug Hill region.  Owned and Operated by the Hannon Family, Mark and Denise Hannon welcome you to make The Hayloft Pub one of your stops when visiting Tug Hill.

The Hayloft is open year round!  During summers you can sit on our sunset deck and look out onto our country setting while sipping a legal beverage or some raspberry ice tea.  For our brave Winter Lovers enjoy our deck while looking at the snow covered grounds and watch the snowmobiles come in with a hot coffee and baileys in your hand, or a hot chocolate and whipped cream for the kid in all of us.

Inside you'll find our warm fire bar where friends and family love to gather around.  For our animal lovers, an assortment of mounts from Moose to Mountain Lion awaits for your viewing pleasure.  Old time tools and antiques keep you talking about how I once had to use that at my grandmothers house, and can bring back wonderful memories of Americana.

Mark and Denise fell in love with the Hayloft the moment they walked in.  Being in the food industry for a combined 30+ years gave the Hannon's the experience to see that the Hayloft is a wonderful place to display their  knowledge of food, drinks, life and fun.  Many times you can spot Mark pouring you a cold draft while asking about your scenic trip into Redfield to visit the Hayloft.  Denise is mostly seen in the Kitchen whipping up a new soup or preparing the BEST PRIME RIB on the hill.

The Hayloft Pub is a family friendly restaurant that welcomes all ages of visitors.  Please let us know if you have dietary needs from gluten free to no salt.  We will do our best to accommodate you. 

Redfield, NY has many exciting experiences to offer.  Our reservoir is a hot spot for fishing, swimming, boating and just plain relaxing.  Kayakers love how tranquil our waters are and how beautiful the area is.  In the winter you can spot our American Bald Eagles nesting high in the trees on the banks of the reservoir.  We have heard count of up to 14 in the area last year.  Thousands of acres of State lands brings hikers, campers, hunters and nature lovers from all over the United States.  Our Snowmobile trail system is sure to please everyone from a novice to a seasoned veteran rider.  We have a trail that leads right up to the Hayloft to make it easy for you to fill up on food and 93 octane gas for your sled.
